Class Description

This 60-minute class delivers a total-body workout with an emphasis on those lower-body muscles. In addition to treadmill drills and strength training, we’ll squat, lunge, and lift to strengthen and tone our butts and leg, while our signature treadmill drills give you the cardio burst you need to shred your body.

Our method is designed to create stronger, more efficient bodies. By combining dynamic running technique drills with high-intensity intervals, you’ll burn 500 to 1200 calories every class—and keep your body burning them long after it’s over.
