ARMS AND ABS CLASS

This 60-minute class delivers a total-body workout with an emphasis on those upper-body muscles. During the lifting portion, we’ll work our biceps, triceps and shoulders with curls, presses, and strengthening exercises. Core work will tighten and tone your midsection, while our signature treadmill drills give you the cardio burst you need to shred your body.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all fitness. Instead, our trainers empower you to work at your own level and speed so that you can gradually push to your next level. We’ll alternate between treadmill drills and floor work, including strength training and cardio bursts.

Our method is designed to create stronger, more efficient bodies. By combining dynamic running technique drills with high-intensity intervals, you’ll burn 500 to 1200 calories every class—and keep your body burning them long after it’s over.
